获取内容

/api/v2/content

获取公告、团队、创作或下载内容。type=announcements 列表会使用 Redis 与进程内短期缓存；若检测到空列表缓存，会忽略并回源数据库刷新，避免临时空缓存导致公告列表异常为空。

成功。type=announcements/team/creations/downloads 返回 { data: [...] }；type=comments 返回评论列表（含分页信息）。
